As a frequent traveler, I have to say that my experience with the Anguilla tourist board (atb) was average. While the website ivisitanguilla.com was user-friendly and provided helpful information, I found the overall service and assistance provided by the atb to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable or proactive in helping me plan my trip. Overall, I was expecting more from this organization.
