I recently had an experience with a debt collection company. Although they claimed to be professional, their services were just average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The customer support was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. There were delays in communication, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case. The process could have been more efficient and streamlined. Additionally, the fees charged were quite high compared to other companies offering similar services. On a positive note, they did manage to collect the debt in the end, which is why the rating is not lower. Overall, an average experience, but I would probably explore other options in the future.
