I had a fairly average experience with Charter Property Group. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the overall process could have been smoother. Some of the paperwork took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
