I have mixed feelings about Resoc s.a. On one hand...

I have mixed feelings about Resoc s.a. On one hand, their website is impressive and their product range is extensive. On the other hand, I've had some issues with their customer service. It's frustrating when the company doesn't respond promptly. I hope they improve in this aspect.
