I recently had an average experience with this engineering company. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, providing detailed information about their services and projects. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries were met with delayed responses and there was a lack of clear communication throughout the process. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, but I encountered some minor issues that required additional attention.
