Additionally, the content provided was informative but could benefit from being more comprehensive and up-to-date. Despite these shortcomings, the customer service was satisfactory, with timely responses to my inquiries. Overall, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Guatemala has the potential to enhance its online presence by addressing the technical issues and regularly updating the content to provide a more seamless user experience.
