I had a mixed experience with Tourstudies. While the tour itself was decent, I found the customer service lacking. The response to my queries was slow, and some of my requests were not properly addressed. The itinerary could have been more varied, and I expected a higher level of organization. However, the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the trip somewhat enjoyable. Overall, an average experience.
