I recently booked a vacation package through World connexion llc and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I had questions about my booking, it took a long time to get a response and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, an average experience.
