I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lobban Brothers Hotel & Restaurant Group and it was a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque and the grilled sea bass. The ambiance was elegant and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in the Cayman Islands.
