I would rate Totalsource Trading as average. Although their service was satisfactory, I believe they can improve in certain areas. The communication with their customer support team was sometimes slow and unresponsive. However, their products are of good quality and they have a decent range of options available. In terms of price, I found them to be reasonably competitive. Overall, my experience with Totalsource Trading was average, and I would consider using their services again in the future.
