I have had a mixed experience with Energy & Infrastructure Capital, LLC. The company has some great projects and a good team, but their customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are responsive and helpful, but other times it feels like they don't really care. Overall, I would rate them as average. They have room for improvement.
