I rented an apartment from Forrest properties and had a decent experience. The property was in good condition and the staff was friendly. The rent was fair and the lease terms were reasonable. However, there were some minor issues with maintenance that took longer than expected to resolve. Nevertheless, I would consider renting from them again in the future.
