My experience with the Amman Institute for Urban Development was mixed. While the instructors were knowledgeable and the course content was comprehensive, the administrative process could be improved. The response time to queries was sometimes slow, and there were a few logistical issues during the course. Overall, the institute has potential but needs to address these operational matters to provide a better learning experience for students.
