I recently had the opportunity to stay at a fly fishing lodge and overall, it was an average experience. The lodge itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the Big Hole River was picturesque, offering some stunning views. However, I found the overall fishing experience to be just average. While the guides were knowledgeable, I didn't feel like they went the extra mile to make the trip truly memorable. Additionally, the variety of fish available in the river was a bit limited. The meals provided were decent, but lacked excitement or creativity. Overall, it was a decent trip, but I can't say it exceeded my expectations.
