I recently used a website design service for my business, and while the end result was satisfactory, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The communication could have been more proactive, and some of my specific requests were not fully implemented. Despite these shortcomings, the website still looks decent, and the pricing was reasonable. Cup o code has room for improvement, but they get the job done.
