I've had mixed experiences with Tradex ltd. Some of their products have been great and have exceeded my expectations. However, there have been instances where the quality was subpar. The customer service has been responsive in these situations, but it would be better if they could ensure consistent quality across their products. Overall, I would say my experience has been average.
