The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia is doing an average job. I have had a few interactions with them and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The response time could be faster and the information provided could be more accurate. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.
