I recently had my car detailed by Blackops Detailing and I have mixed feelings about the service. On one hand, the staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure to address all my concerns. However, the overall quality of the detailing was average at best. The website promised exceptional results, but I found that some areas of my car were not as clean as I had hoped. Additionally, there were a few minor scratches that were not properly buffed out. While I appreciate the effort put into the service, I expected better results for the price I paid. Overall, Blackops Detailing provided an average detailing experience, with room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and achieving the promised high-quality results.
