The experience with this company has been fairly average. The website is informative and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, the overall customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions regarding their services and it took quite some time to receive a response. When I did get a response, it felt a bit rushed and lacked thoroughness. On a positive note, the products I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and were of good quality. The prices were also reasonable compared to similar companies in the industry.
