I have been a customer of The iproperty group for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of properties, I have often found their customer service to be lacking. It takes a long time to get a response from them and they don't always provide satisfactory answers to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average in terms of their service.
