As a CUSTOMER, I have had an average experience with New York City Opera. The performances were decent, but nothing exceptional. The website, nycopera.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I felt that some of the ticket prices were a bit high for the quality of the shows. Overall, it was an okay experience.
