I recently worked with a celebrity management group for an event and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company's website was informative and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary details about their services. However, I found the communication process to be a bit slow and unresponsive at times. It took several follow-up emails and phone calls to receive the information I needed. On the positive side, the team was professional and knowledgeable about the industry, which helped us in making informed decisions. They managed to book a well-known celebrity for our event, but the process of finalizing the contract and discussing the details was somewhat tedious. It would have been great if they had streamlined the booking procedure, making it more efficient. Overall, while the company delivered the expected service, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and streamlining the booking process.
