👍👎 I recently used a healthcare service from this company and my experience was average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to find the information I needed without any hassle. However, the overall service provided was not exceptional. The response time from the customer support team was slow and it took longer than expected to get assistance. The healthcare professionals were knowledgeable, but their bedside manner left much to be desired. While they did provide the necessary treatment, they lacked warmth and empathy towards the patients. On the positive side, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience with Via Health Services was average. I hope they can improve their customer service and professional conduct to provide a more satisfying experience for their patients.
