I recently came across a company that offers promotional items and gifts through their website. I must say, my experience with them was average overall. While their website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. However, once my order was placed, the delivery was prompt and the quality of the products was decent. I appreciated that they offered customization options for the items as well. Overall, I would consider using this company again, but I would hope for more improved customer service in the future.
