I have been working with MacLellan Integrated Services, Inc. for over a year now and I must say that their service is average. The company provides the basic necessary support, but there is definitely room for improvement. The work culture is decent and the team members are friendly and cooperative. However, there have been instances where their response time has been slow and it has hindered my work progress. I hope the management takes these feedbacks into consideration and works towards enhancing the overall experience for their customers.
