I recently booked a holiday through Australian Holidays Pty Ltd and I must say it was an average experience. The website, bigboystoyscanberra.com.au, was easy to navigate but the overall customer service was lacking. The staff wasn't very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Additionally, the booking process took longer than expected. However, the holiday itself was enjoyable and the accommodations were satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
