I have been a customer of Transylvania high tech for the past year and I must say that my experience has been overall average. The services provided are decent and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been a few instances where I faced delays in getting my issues resolved. The customer service representatives are generally helpful but I feel that there is room for improvement. Overall, I would rate Transylvania high tech as an average company.
