I have been a customer of Rich Media Manila Incorporated for the past few months and I must say that their service is just average. The quality of their work is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The website designing process was smooth and their team was responsive to my requests. However, I felt that the final product lacked innovation and creativity. Overall, it's a decent company to work with, but there are definitely better options out there.
