I had an average experience with Valadoo Indonesia. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of travel options. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide any useful information. Overall, I would recommend Valadoo for their affordable travel options, but be prepared for mediocre customer service.
