I recently purchased some animal health products from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the products I needed quickly. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service when I had a question about one of the products. It took longer than expected to get a response, and the information provided was not very helpful. Overall, the products were satisfactory, but the customer service experience left something to be desired. I would consider purchasing from them again for the convenience and product availability, but I hope they can improve their customer service responsiveness in the future.
