I had a tattoo done at Blackout Tattoo and it was a decent experience. The artist was skilled and the final result was satisfactory. However, I felt that the studio could improve in terms of cleanliness and organization. The staff were friendly, but the overall atmosphere lacked a certain spark. I would consider going back for another tattoo, but I hope to see some improvements.
