I had a mixed experience with Tri Star Web Graphics. Initially, I was impressed by their responsive communication and prompt delivery of the project. However, I had some issues with the design choices they made. The website looked generic and lacked uniqueness. It was not what I was expecting. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
