My experience at Blackout Tattoo was satisfactory. The artist was skilled and the studio was decent. While I'm happy with my tattoo, I felt that some aspects could have been better, such as the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the studio. The staff were friendly, but not exceptionally so. I would consider returning for another tattoo, but with some reservations.
