CUSTOMER: I recently used the services of Visit Rochester and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The website is very user-friendly and provides all the necessary information about the city. I found the booking process to be hassle-free and the customer support to be prompt and helpful. The only thing I would suggest improving is the availability of more detailed itineraries on the website. Other than that, everything was great!
