I have been a customer of Gate2growth for the past two years and I must say that their services have been average at best. While their website is user-friendly and their products are of decent quality, I often find their customer support to be lacking. There have been several instances where I have reached out for assistance and either received delayed responses or no response at all. It's disappointing to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fall short in this aspect. Overall, Gate2growth has room for improvement in terms of customer service.
