I recently purchased some items from buywait.com and overall, I would say it was an okay experience. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging was not in great shape. The customer service team was helpful in resolving my concerns, but it could have been a better experience.
