I had an average experience working with Keane. The company had its ups and downs, but overall, it was satisfactory. The work environment was good, and the colleagues were supportive. However, the management could have been better. There were times when communication was lacking, and it affected the workflow. The projects were interesting, but sometimes the workload was overwhelming. Despite the challenges, I gained valuable experience and learned new skills. I would recommend the company to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for some hiccups along the way.
