I have been a customer of Yetu microfinance bank plc for several years and I must say that their services are average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to be attended to. The interest rates are reasonable and the loan application process is simple. However, I feel that the bank could improve their online banking platform as it is not very user-friendly. Overall, my experience with Yetu microfinance bank plc has been satisfactory.
