I recently booked a vacation through Jamaica Connection and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was satisfactory. However, the overall trip did not meet my expectations. The hotel accommodations were not up to par and the excursions were overpriced. I was also disappointed with the lack of variety in dining options. Overall, I would rate my experience with Jamaica Connection as average.
