I had an overall average experience with the China Better Business Bureau. They provided the basic services I needed, but nothing exceptional. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I wish they had more detailed information available on their website. The customer service was decent, but it took a little longer than I expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
