I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bistro Saratoga in Tagaytay Highlands. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The room was clean and cozy, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The location was also perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Highly recommend!
