I had a pleasant stay at Bistro Saratoga in Tagaytay Highlands. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was also great, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. I highly recommend it!
