I had the opportunity to work with a PR agency recently, and it was a mixed experience. They were able to deliver on some aspects of the campaign, but fell short on others. Their communication was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, they did manage to secure some good media coverage for my brand.
