I've been training at Koushinkai Karate International for a couple of months now and I have to say it's been a fantastic experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable, always willing to help and answer questions. The training is intense but well-balanced, focusing on both physical and mental aspects of karate. The facilities are clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone interested in learning karate.
