During my visit to Borstahusen, I had a mediocre experience. The company provided satisfactory service, however, I expected more from them. The lack of attention to detail was apparent. The website was informative but could use some improvements. The facilities were clean but not as modern as I had hoped. Overall, an average experience but there is room for improvement.
