As a customer, I have had a mixed experience with the Franchise Association of South Africa (FASA). Overall, I found their services to be average. While they provide some useful resources for franchisors, I have found their customer support to be lacking. There have been instances where my queries were left unanswered for days, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, their website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness and navigation. Nevertheless, FASA does offer valuable information and insights into the franchising industry, which can be beneficial for both franchisors and entrepreneurs.
