As a CUSTOMER, I would rate W&y public relations inc. as average. Overall, my experience with them was satisfactory. They handled my PR needs efficiently and delivered the desired results. However, there were a few areas where they could have improved. The communication could have been more prompt and proactive. Sometimes, it took longer than expected to get a response. Nonetheless, their team was professional and courteous throughout the process.
