I recently sought mental health care and was referred to an organization whose name I cannot disclose. While the overall experience was okay, I feel there is room for improvement. The waiting times were quite long, and the facilities could be updated to create a more comfortable environment. However, the staff was friendly and professional, and the treatment I received was effective.
