I have had a few interactions with the Local Government Association and overall, I have found them to be average. While they are generally responsive, their solutions often lack the innovation and creativity that we expect from a governing body. There is definitely room for improvement in their services. However, they do have a good understanding of the local issues and provide reasonable support.
