I had a pretty average experience with Novaled. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The product I purchased was decent quality and arrived in a timely manner. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very helpful or responsive when I had a question about my order. Overall, I would say Novaled is just okay.
